YOUNG READERS CLUB BY FUNDEN

Welcome to the young readers club by funden, this reading community is a small initiative by Funden to develop the reading habit among the younger children. We read out interesting illustrated stories to the children to keep them hooked and experience the thrill of reading by our book club facilitator with different themes each month. We not only read out stories but also perform a lot more activities related to the storyline. We offer hands on activities like coloring, vocabulary building, skit, games and much more. Each month we celebrate a special occasion like mother's day, earth day, Holi, Pongal, Christmas and much more interesting celebrations. We also do planting sessions, baking sessions, creative writing sessions, chocolate making session, Young scientists experimental session and so much more fun to make their reading experience exciting.

Our Young Readers Club Packages

1. Monthly Membership 1499/- (This includes two complimentary soft playtime)

Important Details to know about these sessions

1. This reading session happens every week on saturdays at 11:15 am and we wind up the session at 12:30 pm. Special sessions are announced at the start of every month and it is most probably to occur on Sundays of every month at 11:15 am. 

2. If there are any unavoidable school commitments for the children, you are requested to inform us 3 days prior, so that we could discuss it with the other parents in the group and decide on an alternate date. The date will be decided on the majority of votes that fall for the specific preferred date.

3. Once the payment has been made for the reading club at the first of the month, it cannot be refunded or compensated unless Funden announces any unforeseen situation.

4. All kids are advised to maintain the decorum and the quality of all the materials that are provided during the session, if there is any damage that has been made to the property or materials, it will borne by the respective person.

5. Funden has all the rights to request a kid/parent to leave the premises if they cause any harm to the property or any child/adult.

6. At the end of each month, a feedback form will be shared in the group, and parents can file their feedbacks in the respective platform.

7. This Readers club has been categorised for two age groups, Book reading beginners and Chapter book readers according to their reading pattern. Accordingly kids will be guided by our facilitator.

Karur's First Ever reading society for all the book lovers who would love to come together to discuss on their favourite books, inspiring authors, their first reading experience, their favourite impactful lines, general societal discussions, suggestions as part of the reading club, sharing your favourite book and much more. We are planning on hosting the most requested author's meet at Funden virtually or physically. This community will serve as a platform for all the book lovers to let their heart flow through these fun discussions. This also serves as a motivating platform for all those who has lost their touch in reading and would like to resume it. We can also introduce reading challenges and motivate us daily in our whatsapp community to read a page or more.
